Jack can speak German, but not very well

Jack reached across and stole the 'Book of the Dead' from Daniel's unsuspecting fingers. He pretended to study the text for a few moments, aware of his lovers amused regard. Finally he dropped the book on the covers and sighed.

"It's all double Dutch to me."

Daniel tried to retrieve the book, but Jack quickly snatched it up, holding in at arms length away. If Daniel really wanted it back, he would have to crawl over Jack to get it, which suited the Colonel's nefarious plans just fine. He had no intension of allowing Daniel to read in bed when they could be doing other far more interesting things. And anyway, he needed taking down a peg or two. Did he have any idea how 'geeky' it was to read in a foreign language? A 'dead' foreign language at that. Well it was time to lay his cards on the table, so to speak.

"You know Daniel, you're not the only one who can talk a foreign language around here! I know two other languages. Bet you didn't know that, eh?"

Daniel made a lunge for his book, ending up sprawled across Jack's naked chest. His eyes narrowed as the book wavered before him just out of reach. "So what... you speak gibberish and idiot?"

Jack cleared his throat, the sound of it rumbling in Daniel's ears. "Können Sie mir bitte sagen, wo die Toilette ist?"

Daniel giggled and slapped at Jack's chest in amusement. He didnt know anyone that couldn't speak the odd phrase or two so if this was meant to impress him, it was failing.

"German? I suppose you would have picked up the odd thing here and there in your time in Special Ops and you already know where the toilet is Jack."

Jack decided to ignore the snarky comments and letting the book drop to the floor, he rolled over to pin Daniel to the mattress. "Könte ich bitte ein Bier haben?"

"Your accent could use a little work but it's not bad, and no I think you've probably had enough beer already."

Jack captured Daniel's head and stared adoringly into his eyes, fighting really hard the urge to dissolve into fits of giggles.

"Deine Augen sind wie glassklare Teiche, deine Haut so weich wie Samt und deine Lippen sind wie Kirschen."

Daniel gasped. Not only was Jack's accent perfectly acceptable, now that he had warmed up to the subject, but he was finding it an incredible turn on to be hearing Jack speaking in another language. He squirmed a little, his body offering encouragement where his words refused to. The subject matter of the last sentance however, left a lot to be desired.

"Eyes like... limpid pools, Jack? Oh God! Who taught you to speak German, Lily Marlene? Lips like cherries, yes definitely had too much beer and as for the skin like velvet comment...!"

Jack gyrated his hips, revelling in the responsiveness of his lover. He wasn't sure if it was his words or his body that was making Daniel arch his back like that, but either way, he was more than happy to oblige. Daniel groaned as Jack shifted a little, the metal tags he wore around his neck trailing languidly over his lover's chest. Leaning in close, he drew Daniel's ear lobe into his mouth, nibbling and licking it until he got the response he wanted.

"Jack – please...!"

"Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce´st soir ? he growled seductively. Daniel's body may have decided to get with the program but his stubborn mind was still trying to play the one-upmanship game.

"High school French now? And No – I don't want to sleep with you tonight Jack, I want to fu..."

"Daniel?"

"What?"

"Ich liebe Dich."

"I love you too Jack."
